Intellectual Property

All artwork, images, text, and design on this website are the intellectual property of Mariia Nabira and Quantum Atlas Studio. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use without written permission is prohibited. Purchasing a print grants you a personal display license — not ownership of the underlying artwork or reproduction rights.

Purchases

All purchases are processed through Saatchi Art or Etsy. Pricing, shipping, returns, and refunds are governed by each platform's respective terms and policies. Quantum Atlas Studio is not responsible for fulfilment issues — please contact the relevant platform directly.

Custom Commissions

Custom artwork and brand projects are governed by individual agreements established before work begins. Standard terms include a 50% deposit, with the balance due upon delivery. Detailed terms are provided in each project proposal.

Limitation of Liability

This website is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Quantum Atlas Studio is not liable for any damages arising from use of this website or the purchase of artworks through third-party platforms.
